General Session Hours:
9:00 AM — 6:00 PM
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays (Thursdays – limited)
(Weekends may be available in special circumstances of extensive travel)
Standard Fees:
45 Minute Session $180.00
60 Minute Session $220.00
90 Minute Session $290.00
(Longer sessions pro-rated according to fee)

Sliding Fee: (Income & Asset Based – Limited Availability)
A reduced fee may be offered on a limited basis to those with no alternative
resources (insurance, assets, retirement funds, health savings, etc) and who would
otherwise be without services. Reduced fees cannot be used with or submitted to insurance.

Insurance Benefits & Reimbursement:
Berscheid Counseling is an out-of-network, fully licensed mental health provider in the state of Minnesota. The rate and amount of insurance reimbursement is determined by one’s own insurance policy and provider contract. A receipt for services will provide: 1) date of service; 2) your payment amount; 3) ICD-10 diagnostic codes; 4) CPT Session Codes. The Client is responsible to submit paid receipts directly to their insurance provider. Berscheid Counseling cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, as this is solely determined by the insurance provider or employee benefits contract. Payment for services (regardless of insurance reimbursement) is the sole responsibility of the Client.
