\n45 Minute Session\u00a0\u00a0 $180.00

\n90 Minute Session\u00a0\u00a0 $280.00<\/span>

Insurance Benefits & Reimbursement:
\n<\/strong><\/span>Berscheid Counseling is an out-of-network, fully licensed mental health provider in the state of Minnesota.\u00a0\u00a0Almost all insurance programs cover my services, in whole or in part, depending on your insurance policy or employee benefits contract.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Clients pay for services at the time of session, then submit their receipt to their own insurance provider or HSA.\u00a0 The rate and amount of reimbursement is determined by one\u2019s own insurance policy and contract.\u00a0 A receipt for services will include all necessary information for reimbursement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Berscheid Counseling cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement, as this is solely determined by the insurance provider.\u00a0 Payment for services (regardless of insurance reimbursement) is the sole responsibility of the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note on HSA’s\u00a0 (health savings account)
\n<\/strong>With the advent of HSA’s (health savings accounts) clients are able to direct their own healthcare decisions.\u00a0 While direct payment and a receipt is still needed, full reimbursement is all but guaranteed from your HSA.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Sliding Fees\u00a0 (Income & Asset Based – Limited Availability)<\/strong><\/span>
\nA reduced fee may be offered on a limited basis to those with no alternative
\n<\/span>resources (insurance, assets, retirement funds, health savings, etc) and who would
\notherwise be without services. Reduced fees cannot be used with or submitted to insurance.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n
